|Recommended: YesGenerally good. — We lived in the unit for a week. The unit is comfortable. We received the unit with a musty smell. We have the first floor and we can hear the footsteps of the people who live on the second floor. The sanitary facilities are old although they work.

|Recommended: YesApt 124 — We have been living here for less than a week, we like what we have seen so far. The apartment is good and comfortable. At the moment we only have a rather strong wet smell, we hope it will be eliminated in a few days. In addition, some things, especially in the bathrooms, are a little old but everything works. For the rest, I think it will be a very pleasant place to live.

I can't say enough good things

|Recommended: NoHorrible communication — When I moved in they told me an amount that keeps changing also told them on move in that the second bedroom smells unbearable of animal urine also on the duct work is making my neighbors upset cause the laundry smell is coming through there heaters and making them sick, nothing has been done about any of my complaints. Will be moving out asap. Not worth the amount I'm paying. Paying for 2 bedroom but can only use one and can't do laundry. Paying for laundry mat.

I called the office and they went out and bought me a brand new hook within an hour

I've lived here over 10 years and have always been very satisfied with the office and maintenance staff.

|Recommended: NoMy opinion — The rent is insanely expensive for a 2 bdrm, the parking is ridiculous when your only allowed 2 cars per unit, the plowing and salting around here sucks.

|Recommended: YesA decent place to live in a great location — Foxcroft is a good place to live. The property is well planned and maintained for the most part. Pet waste and maintaining stock of pet waste bags has been an ongoing issue, but aside from that I have been happy here overall. Rent is about 15 too high considering the age of the buildings and lack of updates. For instance, my patio door should be replaced, it leaks water and show even while shut, and it warped so it takes a good push to close and lock. My deck is unpainted so I have the ugliest personal outdoor space in my building. If these items were properly addressed I would say the rent is fair and would give 5 stars overall.
